Eligibility: Digital products (EAs, templates, eBooks, graphics) are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
Exceptions: If you receive a corrupted or non-functional file, contact us within 48 hours of purchase. After verification, we will replace or refund the product.
Future Physical Products: Refunds/returns will follow a separate policy once introduced.
